The gOut of Stockh icon on certain products indicates that there is no fixed date for the new stock to arrive. The gwill arrive in 2 weeksh icon on certain products indicates that the products are in the process of being restocked and will be available within 2 weeks.

What is the reason for putting the order on hold?
The holding on orders may be due to several reasons. Usually, double orders and orders with mismatching addresses are placed on hold until everything is verified and confirmed.

I ordered a product with the free shipping option along with a product without the free shipping option, and I was charged for shipping. How does this work?
The free shipping option is only available for products labeled with the free shipping icon. For example, if you choose two products both with free shipping options, then there wonft be additional shipping fees added during checkout. However, if you order one product with the free shipping option and another without the free shipping option, you will only be charged for the shipping of the product without the free shipping option.

Do products with the free shipping icon apply if it is being shipped internationally?
All products with free shipping icon can be shipped anywhere including outside-of-US countries.

Depending on the location, the delivery date may be shorter or longer. The delivery time also depends on how long the package is held in customs.

Is it possible to track an internationally shipped package?

International USPS Express shipping comes with a tracking number and can be tracked; however, international USPS first class mail cannot be tracked.

If I order today, will I be able to get it by tomorrow?
All orders must be placed before 12:00 PM if you wish to receive the next day. Also, you must select the UPS next day air. If either you do not place the order before 12:00 PM, or if you do not select the UPS next day air, you will not be able to receive the package the day after you order it.
