Eligibility and Entry |

a. In order to qualify and participate in the MyAccessoryMall.com's grand opening promotional event, customers who wish to participate in this event must make a minimum purchase of $20. The minimum purchase of $20 does not include any shipping or handling fees. Participations and giveaways are open to only customers from the United States. Customers must follow MyAccessoryMall.com's official rules for the promotional event; opting out, or disregarding the following rules will result in the disqualification of the customer and will forfeit the customer's entry in the giveaway. All gift decisions are final.
b. Participants who take part in the event automatically take home an LCD screen protector. |

MyAccessoryMall.com's grand opening event beings on November 1, 2007 at 12:00 A.M. and ends on December 31, 2007 at 11:59 P.M. EST.

Winners |
| |
MyAccessoryMall.com will randomly select the first and second place winners of the event at the beginning of next month. Both winners' names and photographs will be posted on the MyAccessoryMall page. Winners must submit their photographs prior to the shipping of the prize. The photographs will only be used for promotional purposes and events. All other participants will receive a small gift from MyAccessoryMall in gratitude for their interest and participation in the event. |

Prizes |

a. One (1) First Place Winner will receive Samsung's NV 10 Digital Camera.
b. Three (3) Second Place Winner will receive 1.5" Key chain Photo Frame.
c. All other qualified participants will receive LCD Screen Protectors. (Protectors come in three sizes: 2.5", 3"; participants are only eligible for one (1) protector ) |

Claiming Prizes |
| |
a. Winner Notification e-mails will be sent on 01/04/08
b. Winners will be selected in the beginning of next month and are required to fill out an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and other required documents that verify the customer's compliance with these official rules within seven (7) days of receiving the winning notification e-mail.
c. If potential winners:
i. Cannot be reached after reasonable effort from MyAccessoryMall.com
ii. Do not respond to the winning notification e-mail within the seven days allotted
iii. Are found ineligible for the event
iv. Cannot/does not comply with the official rules
v. Do not receive the prize, and prize is returned MyAccessoryMall.com as undelivered,
The potential winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
d. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. |

General Conditions |

a. Winner's acceptance of prizes constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for MyAccessoryMall Sponsors use winners' names, photographs, statements, personal information given, and all other information received in the event process to use in any media without prior notice to the customer.
b. In addition, all participants must comply to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, vendors, and all official employees and representatives from and against any claims from damages, injuries to any person, including death, or property of any kind resulting in whole or in parts, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prized offered by, or participation in the Sweepstakes.
c. All personals of MyAccessoryMall have the right to disqualify entries if customers:
i. Attempt to enter the event through other means other than through the ways described in the official rules
ii. Attempt to disrupt the terms and conditions of the event and rules
iii. Show disregard for promotion rules
iv. Portray disruptive behavior and manner, intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass other participants or any official sponsors |
